When you place an order with Heavenly Crystals, your payment is processed via Paypal. We do not store your credit card details anywhere on our site at any time. Paypal technology is the most secure mechanism of paying for goods bought over the internet. For more information see our "technical" page.

If you have any reservations whatsoever about using a credit card over the internet, please feel free to order over the phone on 07919 263 442 or place your order on the internet and select "check" as the payment method.

Shipping options are Royal Mail 1st class, Parcel Post, or overseas small packet service. The price of shipping is calculated automatically by our system based on the total basket weight and displayed when you visit the checkout. If the basket is under a certain weight the system will automatically select 1st class because this will be cheaper then Parcel post. However on average weights the system will let you choose 1st class or Parcel post. Please note that Royal Mail's parcel post can take over a week to arrive.

We may use an alternative courier for very heavy items however this will not incur any additional costs to our customers.

We aim to despatch your order within 24hrs of it being placed Monday-Friday you should normally receive your goods within 2-5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

We only collect essential information from you in order to satisfy your order. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• your name
• address
• phone number (only used if we have a query about your order)
• email address

The information we hold will be only be used for our own order processing, accounting & marketing purposes. Heavenly Crystals will not disclose your information to any third parties. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Under the 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations' you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the day you received the goods, and we must provide you with a refund for the value of the goods within 30 days of the cancellation. We require that you return the goods in the condition they were received at your own cost. Heavenly Crystals will not take delivery of mail that has missing or incorrect postage.

If in the rare event that the goods are faulty or not suitable for the use that they were advertised for we will offer a replacement or refund.

Heavenly Crystals strives to bring you the highest quality products that we can find. Many or these items are unique crystals, works of art, etc. Such items obviously have a stock level of ONE. As soon as you pick any item at Heavenly Crystals into your shopping basket, it is reserved for you and only you. You do not need to worry that someone else will get to the check out first.

However, as part of our computer's inventory control, should you put something in your basket and then leave the browser IDLE for more than 15 minutes or close it, then it will empty your basket so that someone else can purchase the items.
